Error code 5 – can’t process a video

  I just tried to upload a WMV video and got this error. Anyone know what code 5 is?

  Cound not process video. Error code: 5. Please try uploading it later or contact support.

  Okay I got it to work, just tried it again. However, it’s more than three minutes so it’s still wonky. Hope that’s resolved soon!

  It would be helpful if anyone knows what “Error code 5” actually means. Since a couple days ago (it was working just fine during the day Tuesday but not Tuesday evening and since then) that’s all I get for any video upload. I don’t want to have to keep crossing my fingers and hoping a video upload works….
