    Hello
    You closed a ticket I opened and you said I have another topic.
    I believe that it was the first ticket that I open, and if there is a ticket with the same words in another account, then it is not me. I just copied the words that another person said in reporting the problem.

    For assistance with this matter, our Billing Support team will need to help you. You can easily reach out to them by clicking on the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    Once you send them a message, they will promptly review your account and get back to you through the same channel to provide further assistance.
