    used my debit card to try to purchase the PRO plan, after two failed attempts (my information is correct) it locked me out. Would like to be unlocked please and i cannot find your live chat option anywhere, thank you.

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
