Error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

  I have tried to load wordpress on my hosteurope account (to run as a subdomain)
  I now get this error message
  Error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

  Hosteurope say there is nothing wrong their side and the problem is with the ggi(?) and php scripts of the third party.
  I am a complete novice and need easy to understand instruction, thanks in advance

  Can you tell me what subdomain you’re trying to set up and what site it should display?

  Thanks for the reply but I sorted the problem by using an ftp programme as opposed to the host’s wordpress portal.
