Error code for both my website and admin login

Hi! I cannot get to my wordpress admin or see my website. Both give this error code-
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘)’ in /home/content/96/7832196/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/widgets/simple-payments.php on line 220
Any ideas how to fix this? I can’t even find any way into the back part of my website…

Hi there,
The error is caused by using an outdated version of PHP.
Please contact your hosting company (Godaddy) and ask them to update the site to at least PHP 5.6 (ideally 7 or greater).
Since the site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress(.org), we are unable to provide support for it here in the WordPress.com forums.
