error code when converting to audio using anchor

    I keep getting this error message: Something went wrong
    We weren’t able to convert your blog post to audio. (Error code fb4bbb14)
    But I have published podcasts much longer (over 1 hour) using anchor. Does anyone know what this error code means please? TIA

    The site I need help with is educationsuccessinsights.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure I fully understand your issue so I’d like to get a bit more info if that is OK. Firstly, is this an error you see in Anchor’s interface, or here within your WordPress.com site? If so, can you take a screenshot of the full page and error code so we can take a closer look?
