Error connecting with facebook

  When I try to connect with the facebook page it gives me the following error 500 status
  code for ‘POST /sites/172720494/publicize-connections/new/

  The site ofertasacuba.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on BanaHosting , and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
