Error creating URL for new wordpress

  When I enter my desired URL (sandboxing.wordpress.com) it tells me that it’s already taken, but when i visit the link it says the page does not exist and has been deleted by the creator. Why can’t I use it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello!

  When a previous user creates a site and than deletes the site (in this instance sandboxing.wordpress.com) it can never be used again. Once deleted it is gone forever.
