Error cropping image

  I am trying to crop an image to fit the header of a blog.

  I have cropped using two different online tools and then fine-cropped when I upload the image.

  I have used different themes but every time I get an error message saying there has been an error cropping your image.

  Any ideas please?

  Hi there,

  What image are you trying to add to your header and are you trying to add it via the Independent Publisher Theme? The Custom Header Image for that theme is 1440 wide by 600 high.

  Let me know the theme and image that you are trying to use and we’ll look further into this for you.

  Thanks for the reply.

  After I refreshed the site, the image had been imported. It’s strange that I kept getting the error message but it seems to be fixed now.
