Error cropping my image

    Hi there,

    I’ve tried finding the solution myself but all the answers I see are too techie for me! I’m helping my boyfriend set up a blog and we are currently using the Gateway free theme. When I try to update the header image, it keeps telling me ‘there was an error cropping your image.’ I got it to work before with other images but can’t get it to work with a .jpg that I created on Photoshop. It’s a plain colored background with some text in the center. I’m using Safari on an up-to-date Mac. I tried saving the .jpg at different levels of quality and that doesn’t seem to matter. Help!!
