Error customizing my theme

    Every time I go to customize my theme, it gives me a login page and then when I put my login info in, it gives me an error saying I have the wrong username or We don’t have an account for the email I put in (when I am already logged in).

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Brionnadean1!

    It looks like you are posting in the wrong forum. soseraphic.com is probably using the self-hosted version of WordPress since it not being hosted by WordPress. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites only.

    If you post at the WordPress.org forums, someone should be able to help you out there:
