Hi @educdz2018,
Your site documentaire-francais.com is not hosted by WordPress.com. It is using the open source WordPress.org software. These support forums are for sites hosted by WordPress.com.
For help with your site, please ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

Hi educdz2018,
These forums are where we provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
Please post to the WordPress.org support forums @kevinbazira linked to if you need any further help, or contact the Jetpack support team for questions related to that plugin. For what it’s worth, I just checked your Jetpack connection and can’t see any issues there.
Best of luck!
