  Error disclosure of posts on twitter.
  After you publish a post, and also automatically posted on twitter.
  Only the disclosure when the post contains characteristics: ~, çãõ8 among others, the message leaves replacing letters and posting the message all wrong.

  Are you using publicize? Have you tried disconnecting the app and reconnecting? http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-twitter
