Error displaying iphone video if it’s been trimmed
-
When I upload a video taken by my iphone 3Gs to WordPress it displays just fine. BUT if I trim the video and then upload, WordPress tells me: “Your uploaded video is encoded incorrectly: we are unable to process it. Please try using a standard format (.avi, .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .mpg), or different encoding software.”
I paid and use the WordPress video upgrades, all other video works except a trimmed iphone vid. The trimmed video IS saved as an MOV. In fact comparing the original with the trimmed video shows the exact same format in Quicktime: H.264, 640 x 480, Millions,AAC, Mono, 44.100 kHz 480 x 640 pixels (Actual), FPS: 30.0, Data size 3578 kbit/s, 480 x 640 size.
The programs I’ve trimmed the iphone video in are: Quicktime, Aperture and MPEG Streamclip al with the same result.
I Save trimmed video back as a quicktime.
