    I have checked your account and see that the domain https://japuco.com is not connected with the WordPress.com site correctly.

    To point the domain “japuco.com” to your site in WordPress.com, you will have to change the nameservers from

    ns-cloud-d1.googledomains.com
    ns-cloud-d2.googledomains.com
    ns-cloud-d3.googledomains.com
    ns-cloud-d4.googledomains.com

      to

      ns1.wordpress.com
      ns2.wordpress.com
      ns3.wordpress.com
