Error establishing a database connection

I suspect that my server’s MySQL database server might be offline. That’s why Installatron can’t do anything with it.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hi! Your host should be able to help you get the database back up or confirm whether that’s the issue.
If they refer you to WordPress, can check the support documents and forums at https://wordpress.org/ ? The sites hosted here are a bit different:
