Error Establishing a Database Connection

    I am suddenly unable to reach the wp-admin portal on town.orleans.in.us. Is there somebody who can help me determine what might be happening? The only thing I can think of is that I recently installed a SSL plugin.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    If the problem happened when you installed a new plugin, then that is likely the source of the problem.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
