  Hi @cwcmn, typically we won’t see that with sites hosted here — could you send a link to the affected site?

  If it’s not hosted here, can you reach out to your hosting provider? You may just need to have the username added to the database, or you may need a different log in format. They’ll know best for their services. Then, going forward, you’d want to use the correct forums for self-managed WordPress installations over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ .
