  Women In and Beyond the Global, hosted at wordpress, seems down. I get ‘Error establishing a database connection’. Help!

  Hi there,

  womeninandbeyond.org is a site hosted with Dreamhost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
