alphaauer.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting hosted by Bluehost, not by wordpress.COM.
You are posting to the wrong support forum. That site is not on wordpress.COM servers. We cannot help you here at all.
This is wordpress.com support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Hello timethief,
Unfortunately the database error prohibits me from logging into wordpress.org as the admin of alphaauer.com (which I know is the correct procedure, but as said, I do not have access to this until I somehow fix the database error). When I saw that alphaauer.com was listed under my wordpress.com sites in the drop-down menu here I tried this route. Apologies if this was the wrong thing to do, but I really am stuck here, which is why I tried this. -
As timethief mentioned, these forums are for folks hosted here on WordPress.com.
Since your site is self-hosted, with the WordPress software running on your own hosting, you can try asking for help over in the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/
You’ll need a free WordPress.org account to post – if you don’t already have one, you can register here:
https://wordpress.org/support/register.php
The WordPress.org forum account is completely separate from your account on your own site and any issues with your own site should not prevent you from posting there. Good luck!
