Error establishing a database connection

    Hello:

    I am a user of the website: http://www.chinahoy.mx and since last Thursday I see this on the screen when I try to login:
    Error establishing a database connection
    I don’t have the password of adminstrator, I am just a user, and I don’t have access to the username and password of the administrator, how can I solve this problem? Could you help me, please?

    Hi, it seems like it is a self-hosted WordPress site and database configurations are not correct or the database isn’t running. you can check with your hosting provider if the database is up and running, if it is alright then you need to check the wp-config.php credentials matching your database access credentials shared with you.

    Thank you very much ideed. The thing is that I don’t know who is my hosting provider :'(

    I am new in this company as community manager, they just asked me to “correct the error” but I don’t know how.

    How can I know who is my hosting provider?
