"Error establishing a database connection"

    Good day,

    I would like to request assistance, I have a domain ASQE.co.za which now I access it I found the following error””Error establishing a database connection” I realise that it was the database was deleted and I would like to request a restore or getting my old account mapped to this one. The account is existing but when I reset the password or use this email to old account is not working.

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
