Error establishing a database connection – blog entirely GONE
-
Can anyone advise on how/why http://www.melanomaupdates.com/ would disappear? No access via permalinks, link from the website and no admin access, of course, either. Just “error establishing a database connection.” I BELIEVE it was a wordpress.com set up originally, but I didn’t create it so don’t know. I do know it hadn’t been updated in a while, despite weekly posts. Very grateful for help/input… I’m just a writer!

That doesn’t look like a WordPress.com blog (judging from the nameserver information).
You may not be in the right forum after all. Did you read the rest of the supportbot message?

Yes, though not sure I understood it. I know the login includes ” wp-login.php “
does that help? (Thanks for the response.) -

Thanks, Timethief. I tried logging in to that support forum, but it doesn’t recognize the username/password there — only on this one. Thoughts?
