Error establishing a database connection, missing website!

Since yesterday afternoon I have not been able to access my website, or blog, or anything. We keep getting a “Error establishing a database connection” page come up whenever we try. Have tried different browsers and different computers. When I go to my dvhdesigns.com website on my android phone I get a VERY OLD version of my website! My friend searched on her iPhone and got the same error message as we get on the computers. My tech girl who manages my website tried to figure it out yesterday and got nowhere.
What is going on here????? Help!

That is a WordPress.ORG error message.
We cannot help you with any site that is not hosted by WordPress.COM and that site is not one of them. Our support docs do not apply to it and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG and need support for that site and if you do not have a WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
