    I received this message when trying to access our organization’s WP website last Friday and have been unable to access the site since then on any computer or browser. I am not very computer literate and do not understand the troubleshoot solution offered.

    This is WordPress.com platform which is different from open source WordPress software. Below you can find more about the differences

    elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are
    hosted on our servers.

    In this case it might be better to reach out to your hosting provider directly, as it sounds like the issue might be on their end.

    The WordPress.org community can give you advice on what you’d need to do, but they don’t have any direct access to your site or server, so to actually do anything you’d need your host.
