Error establishing database connection

  Hi, This morning our blog could not upload pictures first ,saying “failed to write file to disk”, then this afternoon the whole blog is down, saying ”
  Error establishing database connection “.

  What should we do about it? How to fix it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  hello there,
  Check WP-config for database Name, Username, Password. and check MySql database status.
