Error establishing database connection

    Hi there,
    We have encountered an issue that seems to be happening more often.

    Every now and again, our website just goes down and all that is shown is ‘Error establishing a database connection’ This must have happened around 4-5 times in the last 2-3 months but it is not something we can seem to get around. I am not sure where to start with getting this resolved or if there are any steps we need to take to avoid this.
