Error fetching orders WC mobile app

  Hello,

  Using the mobile app, it keeps returning the message “error fetching orders” and then check connection.

  I can see performance data and check and edit inventory.

  It’s purely the orders page that I cannot see.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  It looks like you are using the woocommerce plugin. Could you please reach out the support from the woocommerce plugin here

  @inthechainsshop are you still getting that error? Usually it means Jetpack can’t connect, but at jetpack.com/debug I can see it connects fine now.

  If this issue is happening intermittently, by the way, try reaching out to your host to see if they’re sometimes blocking Jetpack.
