error fetching plugins

  I am trying to access my self hosted site on WordPress.com to add some posts. It’s saying I have no posts and error fetching plugins. Something must be wrong on my blog end but I can’t login because it says my IP has been banned.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I suggest you contact your hosting provider (site5.com) for assistance with the IP ban issue.

  Regarding the error fetching plugins, this is the wrong forum for that. Please repost your question at the WordPress.org support forum. If you don’t have a username at there, you’ll need to register before posting: https://wordpress.org/support/
