error for deleting a account

sir accidentally i have deleted my blog and my hosted site on wordpress and i also can not access my profile correctly ..
there has been automatically a blog was created…
and i had tried to remove it but i can’t..
plz help me to delete my this account….The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Accounts cannot be deleted in order to prevent someone else from impersonating you in the future. You can, however, delete any blogs associated with your account. Keep in mind, nobody, not even you, will be able to register the same blog URL again once it is deleted.
