Error from last API Key attempt

  I’m trying to use a WordPress.com API key but I initially (apparently) installed using a different API key. Now I am receiving the error:

  “The owner of that API Key (heroesunsungeric) is not on the access list for this blog (25907947). Stats was installed using a different API key. The owner of the original key can add users to the access list, or you can contact WordPress.com support.”

  The contact link is currently down for WordPress Support. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the WordPress.com stats, but this did not fix the problem. What must I do now?
