Error getting to Admin site

I am having trouble getting to my admin page, I am on a live chat and he is asking me to pay $79 to fix it. The error message is below. Can I fix this myself and am I being scammed for the $79?

Hello @cakepotcafe,
I checked this link – http://cakepotcafe.com/wp-admin and it loaded properly, asking for username/email address and password. The website is also loading fine.
If you get the error message after you login, it seems that the plugin Optin Monster is causing this issue. This may be resolved by deactivating the plugin temporarily (but this will also stop this plugin from working). You can deactivate it through your WordPress dashboard’s plugins section. If you don’t have access to WordPress Dashboard, because of this error, you can deactivate it by renaming it to something else or removing its folder from your File Manager (via CPanel.)
For permanent fix, you can try contacting the developer of this plugin or contact your host – BlueHost.
I’m afraid; you might get limited help here for this. This forum is for users with websites hosted by WordPress.COM.
You can find better help from WordPress.ORG forum.

Rose,
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond! Your information was very helpful despite the fix already being in place. I was pretty proud of myself that I did find the section on WP to deactivate that particular plug in and fix the problem. I’m glad I didn’t pay $79 for them to do that. But again, your info was helpful, I had forgotten I can go through Bluehost for situations like this, so I will write that down so I don’t forget again. You can probably tell I’m pretty new and green at this.
Thank you once again for responding!

Hello Chrys,
You’re welcome! :) I was worse when I was starting, so nothing to worry. :)
