I can’t do a snap shot because my device doesn’t have it. I think that you should try another way, go into wordpress.com login page and type in robynevershed gmailcom the password is [redacted] (I resettled the password) then go into one into my writings, press edit and the error will pop up.

When I want to do some writing on my blog and change something it goes to a screen with two men holding tools. It says “We are sorry but an has occurred” on it.

You’re running iOS 9.3.5? That’s a few years old (the current version is iOS 13.3.1), so that’s a bit beyond what we can support.

If the operating system of the device becomes outdated it eventually stops supporting browser updates/advances. The same for app updates.
Go to https://browsehappy.com/ from that device, let me know what version of Safari it says you’re using.
