ERROR – Host Lockout

I tried to sign into my site as the administrator.
I got a new box asking me to update to a strong password.
I entered a new password which was accepted.
I tried to login using that new password. It failed.
I tried again and got ‘ERROR – Host Lockout’.
Please help me log in.
