Error: HYMNCA When trying to add a new payment method

I have posted twice in the forums for this problem, and they keep replying that I’ve received an email to help with the issue. I have not received any emails from support (yes I looked in my junk folder, and checked that my email is correct). I need someone to help me with this!

I can see that our billing team did reach out via email. You’ll find that in the email address associated with your user account on WordPress.com. We aren’t able to provide further help from this forum. Is there a different email address I can contact you at?

(email visible only to moderators and staff) is the email associated with my wordpress account, and it is correct, but I have looked through all my folders (junk, inbox, ect.) and I do not have an email from Jetpack support other than the initial one that says my problem was posted on the forum.
(email visible only to moderators and staff) is a secondary email that can be used.

It might be easier to reach out to our Billing Support team directly at billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that. Hopefully that would prevent any email address confusion.
