error HYTFSI

    Good day. I am trying to upgrade my site and get a plan but WordPress is rejecting my transaction. I am from the Philippines.

    When I try to link my card in my wordpress account, I get this message: “Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI.”

    Prompt response will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    I am trying to add my new credit card information to Manage Purchases and it will not accept it. I have gotten the HYTFSI error. Please help.

    Hi suntrustveronagary,

    I am trying to upgrade my site and get a plan but WordPress is rejecting my transaction.

    I’ve spoken to our payments team and the transaction isn’t being blocked on our end.

    The next step is to contact your card provider and ask if they are blocking purchases to WordPress.com for any reason. If they are, please ask them to remove the block before trying to make another purchase.

    Have you also logged in from another account (johnihyde) and posted in this thread?
