  Sorry to hear that! Could you contact your bank/credit card company to look into the failed transactions? It seems they might be blocking the payment attempts on their side. Please try again only after contacting them and confirming that they are going to allow the payment to go through.

  I am also having the same problem. I have already contacted my bank and they have lifted the restriction, but I am still unable to use the site. I have been working on this for 2 days and am unable to purchase your plans.
