Error in admin area

  Some of my admin files and menu files been removed, and I do not have backup,
  What is the Siluation ?

  For help with the WordPress installation go to https://wordpress.org/support/

  That site is not using WordPress.com. The differences between WordPress.com and the WordPress installation are outlined on this page:

  Kindly ask your host to restore the files. Majority of the host takes backup on weekly / daily basis.

  @millenniopizza I would just point out as well, your host may be able to help you restore the files, or get them from a fresh installation, so you might try contacting them as well. Good luck!
