Error in creating new blog

I want to create a new blog titled: KC écrit. I want the web address to be kcecrit.wordpress.com but it keeps giving me an error when I get to step 3. Please help so I can start. Thank you!

I had a look at kcecrit.wordpress.com and it appears, it’s reserved for another WordPress.com user.
Either you have successfully registered this WordPress.com site address and is available for you at https://wordpress.com/sites, or it’s reserved for a different WordPress.com user and cannot be owned by you.
Look at the part “Reserved Site Names/URLs” on this page https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/ to see why and how WordPress.com reserves WordPress.com site address to users.

It seems I have not created it successfully as it is not here > https://wordpress.com/sites. However, if it is already reserved then I should be able to create a site using other available free .wordpress.com domains. However, if I try entering different kinds of keywords for testing purposes, I still get the same error. Please refer to the screenshots below:
If I enter KC ecrit > http://prntscr.com/hpfuds
If I enter different keywords > http://prntscr.com/hpfveb
One more > http://prntscr.com/hpfvl3I think something is wrong with my account. Maybe I should just create another account?

I’m just going to go ahead and delete this account and start over with another. Thanks anyway! :)

Before deleting your account, please try the following:
* Clear your browser’s cache
* Log-out from your WordPress.com account and log-in again.
