Error in Formatting of Article Heading
-
Yesterday I did some text editing in a post already published before.
An HTML sign appeared in my article headline (visible also in the post).
I deleted it.
Afterwards I got a two-line article heading instead one-line as before.
Nothing works to get back to a one-line heading again.
This is the article:
http://angelanilsson.wordpress.com/2010/04/19/vadim-palmov-an-outstanding-master-pianist-russia-germany/The heading looks quite awful now.
I hope that someone can help me to solve this problem.
I am looking forward to any help.
Thank you very much in advance.

There is too much text for it to take up just one line. However it does feature a non-breaking space which means the word “pianist” will be joined to the following word and not fall at the end of the line. To correct this, edit the post, delete the current title completely and retype it in word for word. The only way I can see of making it fit on one line is to re-word the title or change the country names to the two letter ISO codes: RU and DE.

Thank you so much for your reply.
I had already deleted and re-written the heading before :-)))
but your idea to drop the space after the word “pianist” worked! :-)) it is now not separated from the word “Master” anymore, what was the actual problem.
I have just added two more words in the first line and it looks fine now. Thanks a million for your help!!!

The reason of the problem has been found:
It was/is the HTML-code, which actually shouldn’t appear in the design modus of the heading anyway.
A check of the source code showed that instead of the usual heading size of “h2”, the size in my article had changed to “h1” – for no reason.
I guess there are some more mistakes, but I don’t want to touch them now, it is ok for me that the heading works again by using the “emergency solution” above :-))) -
