Error in line 34

  I’m trying to add the wordpress blog to my website. I get the following error in line 34. I have no idea what a DB is and don’t know how to resolve this problem. any ideas welcome.

  Warning: define() expects at least 2 parameters, 1 given in E:inetpubwwwrootfullblasttechwordpresswp-config.php on line 34

  The code in the file on lines 33 and 34 look like this:

  /** The Database Collate type. Don’t change this if in doubt. */
  define(‘DB_COLLATE’);
