Error in log in

  I am able to log in WP using Safari on my iMac, but unable to access on IPhone 5. I receive error stated “update my credentials” I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps but still unable to log in. Please help

  I wanted to make sure that you’re entering the credentials for your own site and not the WordPress.com credentials used on WordPress.com itself, and in this forum.
