Error in my refund. How do I actually chat w/ a tech?

I need to chat with someone specifically about my account. A tech asked me to submit for a refund on my own, and there is an error. I’m $86 short. I originally paid $299 for the ‘business plan,’ a tech helped me downgrade to the $99 ‘premium plan’ the following day, so I received a $200 refund of the business plan. It shows on on my receipts that the tech added my Premium plan for $0…since they kept $99 of mine from the product downgrade, it evened out. I had my domain mapped over from Godaddy. The $13 mapping is included in the premium plan, so was the purchase of a domain/ Well, I already bought my domain from go daddy, so I had ZERO use for the premium plan b/c that included buying a domain name. I OWNED MY DOMAIN ALREADY. I spoke with a tech, & I informed him of my need to have a wordpress.org page, & I asked him to help me complete the refund, but he told me to do it myself, so I clicked on the link to end the mapping & to end my premium plan. Well…the premium plan was on the receipt for $0. The business plan receipt had the $99 in it, & I can not click on that for a full refund. It’s not right. I was only refunded $13 out of my $0 receipt for the Premium Plan for the mapping, & I was only refunded the $200 out of $299 for the ‘business plan’ receipt. The rest of the $ I am still owed! That’s $86. It hasn’t even been 30 days since the start of all of this, so I’m still entitled to a FULL refund. I need to delete this wordpress.com site so I can transfer everything to wordpress.org, and I need help getting my full refund before I do so. This is completely holding me up. WHY does the ‘contact us’ go to this forum, when I have a legitimate need to speak with someone quickly. It’s holding up my business site from starting. This is day 2 of me waiting on someone from WORDPRESS.COM to write me back. Anyone know a better way to actually chat with a tech?

IF wordpress.com isn’t going to give me a refund, then they need to at least have a tech contact me, so I can have the option of mapping over a different domain and keeping the premium plan, b/c right now…i have the “FREE PLAN,” for $99. Total BS. This wouldn’t have happened had the tech assisted me in the process instead of posting an article in a chat feed really quickly.
