Error in my theme, Personalblogily

    I am having trouble trying to work on my site. I am new to this and trying to learn on my own. I finally got my site like I wanted it and then there was an error in my theme, and if I try to see if I can fix it, I get a message that says, ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ I can’t get to the admin page. Error details are as follows:
    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 15 of the file /home3/tammycou/public_html/wp-content/themes/personalblogily/inc/admin_notification/Loader.php. Error message: Cannot declare class WPTRTAutoloadLoader, becase the name is already in use.

    Please help before I pull out all of my hair.
