Error in opening website

  Whenever I’m opening the website, It is showing the message as below-
  the syntax error, unexpected ‘)’, expecting :: (T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM) in /home/telugurumers/public_html/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/siteorigin-panels.php on line 70. Please solve my problem at the earliest.
