  I should have explained – I am not a volunteer, just member and I was supporting you in your question.

  I didn’t. Should I? They response very late. I hope, any staff member will look into it on forums.

  The most efficient way is to contact staff directly.

  Staff do stop in to the forums sometimes but if you contact them, then you know that someone certainly will read about your problem and address the issue.
