Error in the system

  Hi guys!
  When I go to my dashboard and my website, I have to scroll down one page before I can see anything. It is a very big problem as I can see all the options in the menu bar (on the dashboard) and I cannot show my content properly (on my website).
  Hope somebody is able to help me out! :)
