Error in transferring domain
-
I received this message when requesting an EPP code to transfer my domain: An error occured while trying to send the Domain Transfer code. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.
Please advise. Thank you.

Thanks! No, this has not yet been resolved. I continue to get the error when requesting the EPP code.

The issue appears to be that theunplannedmommy.com is not registered at WordPress.com. It was just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.
theunplannedmommy.com appears to be registered through enom.com

In that case, the issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of kellybinghamwrites.com.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to transfer kellybinghamwrites.com.

Why would it still show up under this one then? That makes no sense to me. I am unaware of a second WP account.
-
It looks like you originally had a WordPress.com site and purchased the domain. The owner of the domain is the account that was the admin of the original site. The account you are writing from now is connected to a Jetpack self-hosted WordPress.org site.

THANK YOU. I forgot I even had that old free account. That solved my issue. I appreciate it!
