error in uploading pictures in blog

  Hi, I have purchased a new laptop and try to upload photos in my blog post but it kept saying ‘object does not support property or method…’ . How do I fix this?? I had no problem with my old laptop. please advise. thank you

  Hi –

  I’m not sure, to be honest. That’s not something I have encountered. What type of lap top are you using?

  Is this happening in more than one browser? Or is it through the desktop app?

  I just got it , i was using IE browser , changed to chrome and it work fine now . thanks~

  Thanks for that, @vivianleung0987. Can you confirm you were uploading via worpdress.com/media or through wordpress.com/post ? And also let us know what version of IE you were using?
