  I cannot able to install WordPress in my laptop through xampp.
  It shows database connection error.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As the site would be offline – I am unable to assist with that installation.

  However, I’d recommend using something LocalWP https://localwp.com/ whereby you can install a local version of the site with one or two clicks.
